1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most areas of Pakistan.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. What if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
