Return & Refund Policy

At The Perfume Alchemy, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Used or opened perfume bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they were received damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

Once your return request is approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by The Perfume Alchemy.
